Coffee is after oil the most valuable commodity in world trade. Millions of smallholders are engaged in coffee production. This project aims to help disseminate best practices in circular and sustainable coffee production. Its primary focus is on Uganda – with the objective to incorporate experience from other coffee exporting countries and with special emphasis also on social sustainability of coffee producing households.
The Mushcof project is a contribution to more circular coffee production.
